What are Unbundled Legal Services?
Kimro Legal Services provides unbundled or limited scope legal services. This means that the attorney will provide legal guidance and draft legal documents, but you will be responsible for executing the documents and completing the tasks necessary to complete your legal needs. Kimbro Legal Services will advise you when, where and how to sign and store or file your legal documents, but the attorney will not do it for you. If your legal matter requires full service representation, then the attorney will promptly refer you to another attorney or firm that may be able to assist you. For more information regarding the nature of limited legal services, read our Terms and Conditions.
What are Fixed Fees?
When you request legal services, you will receive a fixed fee quote along with a detailed description of the services to be provided. This means you will know from the beginning of the process exactly how much you will owe in legal fees. Payment plans may be applied to this fixed fee so that the total cost for services may be spread out over several months.
