Once logged into your secure account page, you will be able to request a phone or web conference call with the attorney on your calendar. You may also request legal services by sending a text message to the attorney that will be kept in a threaded discussion with your case file. The attorney will receive notice that you have registered on the virtual law office and will respond to your request for legal services within 24 hours. If the attorney is able to assist you in your legal needs and has decided to work with you online, you will be asked to click on an additional engagement agreement detailing the scope of representation for the legal matter and laying out the expectations and costs for legal services.
